Mr. Baricko is responsible for all financial matters, investor relations and reporting activities. Prior to joining Fulton Peak, Mr. Baricko was the Vice President of Finance for CBRE Realty Finance (“CBF”) a publicly traded real estate finance company with responsibility for all financial reporting and underwriting matters.
Previously, Mr. Baricko was a Controller at G.E. Real Estate, responsible for a $10 billion balance sheet, including joint venture loans, opportunity funds, leases and real estate. In this role, he developed and managed a staff of fifteen professionals. Prior to G.E., he also spent ten years with the J. E. Robert Companies, managing all functional areas of accounting for JER FUND II and JER FUND III.
Mr. Baricko earned his MBA from Fairfield University and a BA in Finance from Sacred Heart University.

Jack Cottrill has 10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting and commercial finance. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wells Fargo Securities where he advised middle market clients across a broad range of industries. Following Wells Fargo, Mr. Cottrill served as a Vice President at Enverra Partners, an investment banking, strategic advisory and project development firm based in Washington, DC. At Enverra, he worked on a variety of private capital raises, M&A transactions and strategic advisory projects in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Following Enverra, Mr. Cottrill served as a Vice President at Milberg Factors, one of the leading private commercial finance firms in the US, where he identified and underwrote transactions throughout the southeastern US. Mr. Cottrill also served as an Advisory Board Member at Verterra Energy, a modular hydropower technology company founded in 2010 to harness the power of water to produce clean, reliable energy. Mr. Cottrill attended Washington & Lee University where he served as a captain of the golf team and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting & Business Administration. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and two children and enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Charlie Garner has 10 years of commercial real estate experience, with an emphasis in financial underwriting and market research. Previously employed at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC, Mr. Garner has been influential in all stages of the investment sales process. He has assisted in the sale, marketing, or valuation of more than 5.7 million square feet of assets worth over $1.7 billion. Prior to joining the Capital Markets Group, Mr. Garner spearheaded Market Research efforts across the DC Metro region for Cushman & Wakefield, supporting approximately 150 leasing agents as well as the Capital Markets Group itself. Mr. Garner holds a B.A. in Mathematics with a Minor in Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise from Wake Forest University as well a Masters in Real Estate degree with a Concentration in Finance through Georgetown University.Mr. Garner lives in Charleston, SC, enjoys playing golf, and is an avid football fan.

Prior to joining Fulton Peak, Maxwell Godbout interned at Ernst & Young LLC in New York City. During his time there, Mr. Godbout worked within E&Y’s financial services organization, specifically focusing on private equity clients. Mr. Godbout graduated from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, majoring in accounting and finance. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and running.

Kyle Hetherington has 10 years of direct experience in the multifamily space. Previously employed by Blackfin Real Estate Investors, LLC, Mr. Hetherington supported the acquisition activities of the venture’s investment portfolio, during which time the firm acquired ~$500 million of multifamily assets across 18 properties from Boston through North Carolina. Prior to joining Blackfin, Mr. Hetherington worked in Greystar’s investment group. There he was responsible for supporting the acquisition, disposition, financing, and asset management of investments in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Mid-West. Over his tenure at Greystar, he assisted in the acquisition of nearly $400 million of multifamily assets. Prior to joining Greystar, he worked at The Carlyle Group where he supported the Asia Buyout investment team in fundraising, financing, deal structuring, and portfolio company valuation within the Fund Management group. Mr. Hetherington graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and two sons and enjoys playing golf and hunting in his spare time.

Victoria Coates Luce has 9 years of experience in commercial real estate, both in investments and development. Prior to her current role, she served as an Equity Director on the Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners team at Walker & Dunlop, where she was responsible for structuring and sourcing equity investments across multifamily, student housing, and active adult sectors.
Previously, Ms. Luce served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Capital Square, overseeing multifamily acquisitions and building out the company’s development team.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Luce was part of the development team at JBG SMITH (formerly The JBG Companies) where she contributed to the acquisition, entitlement, and delivery of high-end urban infill projects in the DC area. She began her career in the global finance division of Capital One.
Ms. Luce graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She resides in Charleston, SC, and enjoys exploring the local food scene and traveling.

Richmond Poindexter has more than 10 years of experience in multifamily real estate and investment banking. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he primarily advised on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital raises for oil and gas companies. Following SunTrust, he joined Greystar Real Estate Partners where he held various roles supporting the acquisition, disposition, asset management, and fund management of multifamily, student housing, and build-to-rent (BTR) investments. Over his tenure at Greystar, Mr. Poindexter was directly involved in the acquisition of more than $5 billion of real estate including the $4.6 billion take-private of EdR (NYSE: EDR), one of the nation’s largest developers, owners and managers of student housing. In his most recent role, he served as a Senior Director on Greystar’s build-to-rent platform where he helped lead the company’s investment efforts in the BTR sector spanning developments, forward funds, forward purchases and stabilized acquisitions. Mr. Poindexter graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Economics.

Jim Pope has 14 years of direct experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Fulton Peak, Mr. Pope was an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank where he was responsible for business development and facilitating sales of multifamily assets including overseeing client engagement and due diligence. In addition, he was responsible for the valuation, market research and financial modeling activities of these assets. During 2016, Mr. Pope underwrote more than 175 Mid-Atlantic properties with a combined value in excess of $5 billion. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Pope worked with the Capital Markets and Mortgage Operations divisions at Fannie Mae specializing in reporting and forecasting for Fannie Mae’s $3.2 trillion book of business. Prior to Fannie Mae, he held engagements with the Multifamily Investment Sales group at Cassidy Turley, various groups at Jones Lang LaSalle and the development team at Sunrise Senior Living. Mr. Pope holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Miami University as well as a Master in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Prior to joining Fulton Peak, Sarah attended High Point University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science. From there, she remained in the Greensboro area working as both a data entry specialist and accounting analyst before making the transition to Raleigh, NC. Sarah has a love for numbers and analysis, and prides herself on her work ethic and positive attitude. When she is not tackling invoices and creating spreadsheets, Sarah enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and her two dogs.

Jack Tanner began his career in real estate development for Beacon Street Development, a boutique development shop headquartered in Raleigh, NC. During his time at Beacon Street, Mr. Tanner was engaged in projects from acquisition to sale, participating heavily in the design process and construction management. Mr. Tanner graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he obtained a B.A. in Religious Studies. During his time at Chapel Hill, Mr. Tanner worked various internships in the multifamily industry, spending summers with Chaucer Creek Capital, North View Partners, and Berkadia. Mr. Tanner lives in Raleigh and enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Tarheels in his spare time.

George Whiting has 6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and public accounting. Most recently, Mr. Whiting served as an Audit Associate at BDO USA, LLP, where he advised public companies in a variety of sectors. Prior to BDO, Mr. Whiting served as a Tax Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital managing tax payments for a portfolio of over 1,500 loans ranging from $5 million to $250 million. He also served as a Sales Analyst at B2R Finance, where he analyzed residential income property portfolios for loans ranging between $300,000 and $5 million. Mr. Whiting obtained a Master of Accounting degree from North Carolina State University and attended Hampden-Sydney College where he served as a captain of the golf team and graduated with a B.A. in Economics. He lives in Raleigh, NC and enjoys playing golf and boating.
